Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to monitor the active area inventory by manually counting stock and monitoring reserve by a system driven schedule of a continued cycle of 100%.
Representative
Responsibilities:
Monitor active area inventory by manually counting stock up to 3 times per year
Responsible for taking print out and manually documenting count cycle in active area
Monitor reserve by a system driven schedule of a continued cycle of 100%
Obtain SRT certification and ability to work at heights up to 65 feet
Selects task, scans bar codes/labels, and enters information into the electronic R.F. Scanner
Prepares written documentation to record errors, invalid cases through standardized forms to the inventory and quality supervisor for analysis purposes
Timely reports problems in work area to appropriate personnel
Assist in establishing and maintaining safety, housekeeping and preventive guidelines in assigned areas
Key Performance Indicators:
Self-starting and demonstrates the ability to complete tasks independently or in a group
Accurately prepares written documentation of errors
Accurately performs audits
Monitor reserve by a system driven schedule of a continued cycle of 100%
Entry Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic Computer Skills required
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Warehouse and Distribution Center experience preferred
Experience in quality, auditing or cycle counting preferred
Working Conditions:
Distribution environment
Union and non-union environment
Ability to work at heights up to 65 feet
Ability to routinely lift up to 65 pounds
Excessive walking and standing for extended periods of time
Safety requirements for the SRT Equipment: 300 pound weight limit.
